Position: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (Bilingual)
SUMMARY: The Licensed Clinical Social Worker, is a Masters Level Licensed Social Worker who is responsible for Assessment and Planning, Direct Services Delivery, Indirect Service Delivery, Evaluation and Education. The employee is expected to provide services that reflect the ethics and values as promoted by the National Association of Social Workers.
Position: Dental Assistant
SUMMARY: Under the general direction of the dental department manager, the dental assistant works as part of the dental team performing those duties necessary to provide assistance to the dental staff. Preparing patients for treatment, processing dental x-ray film, setting up instruments and dental materials, sterilizing instruments after patient treatment and any procedures as permitted by the Dental Laws of North Carolina and Board Rules handbook section .203.
Position: Chief Financial Officer
SUMMARY: The Chief Financial Officer directs, coordinates, and administers all financial transactions for the center to include budgets, system development, purchases and expenditures, accounting, payroll maintenance of financial records and the preparation of fiscal reports, and an annual audit.
Position: Front Desk Patient Registrar
SUMMARY: Under the general direction of the front desk lead, the Patient Registrar works as part of the Clinical Office Team performing those duties necessary to prepare patients administratively for a clinical visit. The patient registrar is responsible for the accuracy and completion of patient accounts based on MedNorth departmental protocol, policies and procedures, and compliance with regulatory agencies, to include registration functions and ensuring all insurance requirements are met prior to patient’s checkout. The candidates’ duties include answering the telephone, making appointments, and maintaining medical provider schedules. The ideal candidate should possess excellent customer service skills, the ability to multi-task, and attention to detail.
