MedNorth Health Center is currently closed without power. Duke Energy has informed us to expect power restoration by September 23, 2018 and we expect to reopen on September 24, 2018. If power is restored sooner, we will post a notification to let our patients know that we’ve reopened.
For patients seeking refills, please go to your regular pharmacist. If closed we have been advised that Walgreen’s on 17th Street is open 10am to 5:30pm. You must take your MedNorth medicine bottle with you. For acute medical issues, please go to Coastal Family Medicine on 2523 Delaney road in Wilmington.

MedNorth Health Center is committed to providing our patients continuity of care during hours when our office is closed. As your medical home, we want to be available for your health care needs 24 hours a day.
For concerns after hours, weekends and holidays call 910-343-0270. On-call providers are available for phone triage for all patients of MedNorth Health Center, including family practice, pediatrics and women’s health/prenatal. Prescription refills and appointments will be addressed during regular business hours.
Inclement Weather Policy
Based upon recommendations from New Hanover County’s Emergency Management Office, MedNorth follows the New Hanover County Government closing schedules during periods of inclement weather. Closings are posted on emergency public info site. http://emergencynhc.com
